Was der Switch ist, warum Frequenz hilft, Sätze und Evidenz — klar und tief.

1. Was ist der Switch (mTOR)?

Hartes Training (Liegestütz, Bank, Kniebeuge…) schaltet mTOR (mTORC1) in Muskelzellen an — wie ein „Fabrik-Schalter“.

Ist er an, steigt die Muskelproteinsynthese (MPS) kurz — grob 1–2 Tage „klebt gut“-Modus. Name fancy, Job simpel: nicht wochenlang wegbleiben — oft einschalten.

2. Warum harte Sätze den Switch kippen

Das stärkste Hypertrophie-Signal ist mechanische Spannung. Reviews setzen Spannung oft auf #1.

Mechanischer Reiz → Zellsignale ↑ → mTOR hilft, Synthese kurz anzuheben. Pfade komplex; Praxis: oft gute harte Sätze stapeln.

3. Warum oft einschalten helfen kann

Der Switch bleibt nicht ewig an. Seltene Sessions = lange OFF-Phasen. Gleiche Region 1–2 Tage pausieren, dann wieder — mehr ON-Tage.

Frequenz-Metas favorisieren oft ≥2×/Woche pro Muskel (bei gleichem Volumen) vs 1×. Nicht täglich dieselbe Region plätten — „oft genug“ schlägt „selten all-out“.

4. Sätze und Versagen

1–2 Wdh. vor dem Versagen stoppen ist fine. Nicht jeder Satz muss bis zum Fail. Proximity-to-failure-Metas stützen „muss failen“ nicht stark.

Leichte Warm-ups nicht zählen — Arbeitssätze zählen. Denk „~N Wochensätze für diese Übung“ und verteile sie, um den Switch öfter an zu lassen.
