Apa itu saklar, kenapa frekuensi membantu, set, dan bukti — jelas dan dalam.

1. Apa itu saklar (mTOR)?

Latihan berat (push-up, bench, squat…) menyalakan mTOR (mTORC1) di sel otot — seperti “saklar pabrik otot”.

Saat ON, sintesis protein otot (MPS) naik sebentar — ~1–2 hari mode “nempel bagus”. Nama fancy; tugasnya simpel: jangan hilang berminggu-minggu — nyalakan sering.

2. Kenapa set berat membalik saklar

Sinyal hipertrofi terkuat adalah tegangan mekanik. Review sering menempatkan tegangan #1.

Stimulus mekanik → sinyal sel ↑ → mTOR membantu menaikkan sintesis sebentar. Jalur rumit; praktiknya, tumpuk set berat berkualitas sering.

3. Kenapa sering menyalakan bisa membantu

Saklar tidak tetap ON selamanya. Sesi jarang = OFF lama. Istirahat area sama 1–2 hari lalu latihan lagi — lebih banyak hari ON.

Meta frekuensi sering mendukung ≥2×/minggu per otot (volume disamakan) vs 1×. Tidak perlu menghajar area sama tiap hari — “cukup sering” mengalahkan “sesekali all-out”.

4. Set dan failure

Berhenti 1–2 rep sebelum failure itu oke. Tidak perlu failure setiap set. Meta proximity-to-failure tidak kuat mendukung “harus failure”.

Jangan hitung pemanasan mudah — hitung working set. Pikir “~N set mingguan untuk lift ini” dan sebarkan agar saklar lebih sering ON.
